Global Equip Team
We have joined a team focused on equipping, mentoring, and training cross-cultural workers to thrive and bear fruit in hard places. The team (though not large) is spread out across the globe with people living on three continents! That means, for now, it makes perfect sense to stay in the US, work remotely, and gather at training events throughout the year. This is perfect for our family.
REACH
A major part of our role with Global Equip Team is the development and stewardship of a new digital tool for cross-cultural ministers. REACH, a Resource, Equipping, and Collaboration Hub, is a web app designed to put wisdom and experience within reach of every field member.

Prayer Partnership
Prayer is the real work. When we accepted this invitation to join the GlobalEquip Team, the opportunity to stay close to the work on the field and to fuel prayer and intercession excited us. As we put our hands on the shoulders of those working among the unreached in some of the most difficult places on earth, we want to share their stories with you. We want to equip you with ways to pray for the nations and hear reports of how He answers.
Technical Partnership
Does machine learning, intelligent document processing, Google Cloud Development, vector databases, or Ruby-on-Rails mean anything to you or someone you know? We need expert technical partners with whom we can contract!
Large Contributions
REACH uses innovative technology to lower the effort required to access quality equipping resources for cross-cultural workers. The idea is to leverage decades of experience, knowledge and training to equip our workers to pioneer and thrive in new areas and among new peoples. If you would be interested in talking about how you (or your business or a foundation you are connected to) can multiply equipping of missionaries through a large, one-time donation, we would like to talk!
